most people are concerned with how their businesses are doing,their kids,health etc but i have come to conclude that although all these things are important healthy living is just as important and not just going to the gym and doing weights or aerobics and eating a good diet but you should train a martial art as well.  someone told me that Cairo is one of the healthiest and lowest crime rate cities on earth not because of religious influences but its a direct co relation to the fact that  a big chunk of its 12 million plus population are trained in a particular martial art or another' some of its martial arts are as old as egypt itself other recently imported from the far east all with alot of enthusiasts including men,women and kids as well.so dont go threatening anyone over there u might loose your teeth. ciao!
